Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe today cemented his reputation as a development-oriented leader by unveiling the Masavi Dispensary in Nguni Ward, Mwingi Central. The health facility, which comes with maternity services, has been celebrated as a milestone in his administration’s relentless pursuit of better healthcare for all.
Addressing jubilant residents, the Governor emphasized that the project is a fulfillment of his pledge. “When we make promises, we deliver them. This dispensary is proof that my administration walks the talk,” Malombe said.
He further highlighted complementary initiatives such as the *Masavi Borehole*, a critical water project implemented under his government to address water scarcity. Residents described the twin projects as a turning point for the community.
Area MCA Jeremiah Mutua summed it up: “Skeptics can no longer doubt—Governor Malombe is delivering real change. This is a new era of progress for Nguni and the entire Kitui County.”
