Police in Uriri, Migori County, are investigating the tragic death of a five-year-old girl, who was reportedly strangled by unknown assailants near her family home in Central Kanyamkago. The incident has shocked the local community and prompted a thorough investigation by law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Central Kanyamkago Location Chief George Odhiambo confirmed the incident to one of the media, stating that the girl’s lifeless body was discovered in a partially constructed house, just a short distance from her residence. Preliminary investigations revealed that the assailant used the child’s clothes to strangle her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The motive for the killing remains unknown at this time,” Chief Odhiambo said. “However, local DCI officers are actively investigating the incident to uncover more details and bring the perpetrator to justice.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
