According to his lawyer, Duncan Okatch, Njoroge will be charged with robbery with violence, assault causing grievous bodily harm, and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okatch stated that they will request cash bail for Njoroge, noting that he is a student. Njoroge will appear before Magistrate BenMark. Following the arraignment for the criminal charges, sources indicate that Njoroge will also be taken to the traffic court to face three additional counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njoroge was dramatically arrested on Sunday evening at his home in the Jacaranda area of Kayole, Nairobi, during an operation led by the Nairobi area DCI.
