Businessman and politician Jimmy Wanjigi has strongly opposed his ongoing prosecution for the alleged illegal possession of ten firearms. Appearing before the court today, Wanjigi argued that his prosecution is in direct violation of a previous High Court order, which he claims should have put the matter to rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
