Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe today cemented his reputation as a development-oriented leader by unveiling the Masavi Dispensary in Nguni Ward,<\/strong> Mwingi Central. The health facility, which comes with maternity services, has been celebrated as a milestone in his administration\u2019s relentless pursuit of better healthcare for all.<\/p>\n

Addressing jubilant residents, the Governor emphasized that the project is a fulfillment of his pledge. \u201cWhen we make promises, we deliver them. This dispensary is proof that my administration walks the talk,\u201d<\/strong> Malombe said.<\/p>\n

He further highlighted complementary initiatives such as the *Masavi Borehole<\/strong>*, a critical water project implemented under his government to address water scarcity. Residents described the twin projects as a turning point for the community.<\/p>\n
