A striking example is the \u201cAll Homes With Showers\u201d project \u2014 widely promoted at the time \u2014 which never delivered a single installed shower, leaving residents feeling misled and disappointed.<\/p>\n

Health workers and residents also question past procurement decisions, including second-hand ambulances that deteriorated quickly where if mutua could have postponed his thirsty of corruption and purchased new Toyota land cruisers ambulances right now they could be in good condition and giving service to the people. Some residents still express discomfort over the collection of ID numbers during \u201cwater mapping,\u201d later believed to have been linked to his political registration of maendeleo chap Chap . Even roads tarmacked during that period, such as Makutano\u2013Mwala\u2013Kithimani and Kathiani\u2013Kangundo, have crumbled, highlighting neglect in durability,poor quality and accountability.<\/p>\n

For residents, this election is about protecting Machakos from a return to leadership practices that held the county back.<\/p>\n
