Many young people believe they were used for political optics rather than empowered with real employment. Some residents still express discomfort over the collection of ID numbers during \u201cwater mapping,\u201d later believed to have been linked to his political registration of maendeleo chap Chap . Even roads tarmacked during that period, such as Makutano\u2013Mwala\u2013Kithimani and Kathiani\u2013Kangundo, have crumbled, highlighting neglect in durability,poor quality and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As Mutua and his allies campaign in Mumbuni North ahead of the by-election, many locals view their presence with caution. Critics argue that leaders associated with massive pending county bills\u00a0 left by Mutua&#8217;s regime of over Sh4 billion \u2014 should not influence the ward\u2019s future.
